InFLOWSite is a run-time protein visualisation system incorporating a unique dye/ buffer 
combination which stains proteins during the gel run. The InFLOWSite System has been 
optimised for staining up to 60 standard mini-gels and will detect as little as 10ng of 
protein per band.

ProtoBlue Safe Colloidal Coomassie stain is a premixed solution specially formulated for 
rapid, sensitive detection of proteins and safe, nonhazardous disposal. ProtoBlue Safe is the 
most sensitive Colloidal Coomassie stain on the market, with the ability to detect less than 
5ng denatured BSA. ProtoBlue Safe contains no methanol, acetic acid, phosphoric acid or 
other hazardous components.

The more finely controlled colloidal structure of ProtoBlue Safe improves both the sensitivity 
and the universality of staining compared to similar stains. ProtoBlue Safe is less prone to 
high background caused by trace residual SDS in the gel.

A hydrophobic polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane optimised for use in protein 
transfers and/or Western blotting applications. Hybond-P prvides a higher mechanical 
strength than unsupported nitrocellulose with a protein binding capacity of 125µg/cm

is chemically stable allowing the use of a range of solvents for rapid destaining.
