Sartorius Vivaspin Centrifugal Concentrators

Vivaspin 500 - 100 to 500µl
Vivaspin 500 centrifugal filter units offer a simple one step procedure for sample preparation. They can effectively be used 
in either swing out or fixed angle rotors accepting 2.2ml centrifuge tubes. The patented vertical membrane design and thin 
channel filtration chamber minimises membrane fouling and provides high speed concentration, even with particle laden 
solutions.

Vivispin 2 - 0.4 to 2ml
Vivispin 2 combines the speed of the classic Vivaspin products with lower internal surface and membrane area for superior 
recoveries from very diluted solutions. With Vivaspin 2 there is a choice of directly pipetting the concentrate from the dead 
stop pocket built into the bottom of the concentrator, or alternatively reverse spinning into the concentrate recovery cap which 
can then be sealed for storage. Both methods result in near total concentrate recoveries.

Vivaspin 6 (2 to 6ml), Vivaspin 15 (5 to 15ml) and Vivaspin 20 (5 to 20ml)
Vivaspin 6, 15 and 20 centrifugal concentrators have been developed to offer increased volume flexibity and performance compared to 
just 15ml products. Both products feature twin vertical membranes for unparalleled filtrations speeds and 100x concentrations. Remaining 
volume is easy to read off the painted scale on the side of the concentrator and the modified dead stop pocket further simplifies recovery of 
the final concentrate.
