BioDrop Nano Spectrophotometers

For rapid, simple and accurate measurement of DNA, RNA, oligo and protein concentrations and purity, the BioDrop range provides the right instrument whatever the application: PCR; QPCR,
siRNA or DNA microarray. BioDrop’s unique technology has no moving parts which ensures excellent accuracy and reproducibility as well as avoiding the need for callibration.
There are three variants available: BioDrop DUO, BioDrop μLITE and BioDrop TOUCH. and each instrument offers a compact footprint, incorporates a colour touch screen with intuitive
and easy to use software and a USB port for PC control and data export. BioDrop Resolution software is pre programmed for DNA, RNA, oligo, dye labelling efficiency, TM calculation, quick
measurements and colourimetric protein methods (with standard 10mm cuvette only)

BioDrop µLITE
The BioDrop μLITE incorporates a built in micro volume sample port with a 0.5mm path length. This allows for quick and a direct measurement
of samples from 0.5μL and BioDrop μLITE is ideal for DNA, RNAS, oligo and protein quantification. The micro volume sample port is easy
to clean, doesn’t require reconditioning or calibration and is ideal for applications where a quick concentration check is needed before PCR,
qPCR, sequencing DNA or transfection.

BioDrop DUO
The BioDrop DUO incorporates both the 0.5mm path length micro volume sample port of the BioDrop μLITE and the cuvette holder of
the BioDrop TOUCH and offers the solution where flexibility of measurement is key. The micro volume sample port allows for quick and
accurate measurements whereas the use of the BioDrop CUVETTEs and the cuvette holder allows for highly concentrated or larger volume
samples to be measured. Biodrop DUO is ideal for those applications where a broad range of concentrations need to be measured.
