Charles Austen Diaphragm Pumps

For the transfer of air and gas within the laboratory these oil-free diaphragm pumps are used throughout the World. They provide a quiet and
reliable source of vacuum or pressure suitable for air, gas or vapour requirements. All case models are fitted with an integral filter and silencer
and conform to the IEC 1010 safety standard. Power requirements 230V 50Hz.

The Dymax 30 and DA7C are low cost units incorporating a polycarbonate case, splashproof switch and plug-in mains lead. They are ideal for
use in colleges or for general purpose applications including aeration and assisted filtration. Also available is the D7 pump supplied uncased
as either a single headed pump (D7 SE) or as a double headed pump (D7 DE) with the heads connected in parallel for maximum flow. D7 DE
pumps can also be supplied with the heads connected in series for increased volume.

The Capex L2C, B100 SEC and B100 DEC are quiet and easy to maintain. They are ideal for continuous duty applications such as rotary
evaporators, flame photometers and assisted vacuum and pressure filtration. These pumps are also available uncased, namely the Capex L2X,
B100 SE and B100 DE.

The new B85T ‘All PTFE’ pumps are designed and manufactured with the laboratory user in mind, incorporating low noise levels, integral carry
handle, IP44 splashproof switch, plug-in mains lead and conformity to the IEC 1010 safety standard. With the contact parts of these pumps
being constructed entirely from PTFE, which is one of the most chemically inert materials available, they far exceed most requiremenmts.
